NastyTruckrs™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. Every NASTYTRUCKRS™ item is custom made to order, so please read the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
For any packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Once approved, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund — no hassle, no questions.

Return Address & Process

All returns are sent directly to our fulfillment facility. When your return is received, you’ll get an automated confirmation email.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If you use a different return address than our facility, you’ll be responsible for any returned shipments that come back to you.


Wrong or Insufficient Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to our facility, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed.


Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that go unclaimed are automatically returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.


Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse

Because every NASTYTRUCKRS™ product is printed and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or preference changes.
Please double-check your size and address before completing checkout.

If you wish to order another size or style, a new order must be placed at your expense.


International Customers (EU Notice)

According to EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

NASTYTRUCKRS™ reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion under these terms.


Final Notes

All NASTYTRUCKRS™ returns and replacements are subject to review and verification.
This policy is governed by English-language terms regardless of translation.
